

Internally, these requests are validated and responded to. For new installations, we then transmit the requests to our installation partners, who in turn use the customer data to configure the AMR device. Both the device and the engineer transmit their data back to the TruRead Data Centre, so that we can confirm the install has completed and we then transmit information back to the client to complete the cycle.
Thereafter, the meter transmits its reading on the schedule requested by the client. We process the raw data and convert it into usable form and finally transmit it to the client for processing.
Behind this outward facing set of activities are our internal processes with the main objective focussed on data integrity. In order to achieve this, we have added validation auditing at every stage, ensuring that data is complete and tracked.
